There were no tragic points in the life of this man. His family was one of wealth for generations. One of the biggest producers of goods from sector two had given them a good life. His parents have two children and William was the first born.

He grew up in a capitol with all the other rich kids and got to go to the finest schools. Though he got tired of the same mundane lifestyle over and over again. From then he started drinking and experimenting in making drugs. 

Taking a trip out to sector 1 to sell his product gave him a run in of fate with a group name the fools dice club. He joined the ranks as a recruit and now he sits at the top of the Table to the Left of Johnny. 

He sells drugs and other 'stolen' good for the club. his job is also as one of the enforcers of the club. He collects debt and breaks anyone that does his club wrong.

Loyal. William is loyal to anyone that he actually considers his family. For the most part he doesnt really have close friends and the fools are basically his family so he would take a bullet before he betrayed them.

Cold. Most people that know him will tell you how cold natured he is. Honestly if you are not careful then you are likely to catch frost bite. 

Aggressive. This man has a hell of a temper and you dont want to be on the receiving end of his wrath. He will hurt you in the worst possible ways and its the reason he is a enforcer for the club.

Bluntly Honest. Most say honesty is the best policy and William agrees. Not only will he speak the truth but he will basically force the cold truth right down your throat. 

Distant. Since he was younger, William was always the distant type. Keeping almost everyone at an arms length just to protect himself from the pain of loss or hurt.
